Agreed, eBay and PayPal should be on the same page for Signature Confirmation. I usually use it for less than $250, depending on what the widget is. I am just concerned that the eBay $750 requirement (which has been posted on several help/discussion boards) will cause problems for new sellers.

First no one has the delivery address on a routine USPS delivery confirmation. Not even the Postal Inspector's office. They would have to pull a copy of the mailing label -all are copied- to find the delivery address. (I guess that is how they find a Ricin mailer or bomber.)But it is an onerous process I guess.
