I got the email that the Y expanded their hours Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 1 pm and 4 to 7 pm and downloaded the YMCA of the East Bay app on my phone. The indoor pool is finally open Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 1 pm and you have to make reservations for a 30 minute slot.
