We do employ universal caregivers which does include a variety of duties for our group memory care homes, and we do offer 12 or 8 hour schedules as many caregivers appreciated only having to work 3 days per week.

Workplace. Dolan is a cool place to work it’s just the long hours and pay. Management is horrible no communication at all sometimes they don’t know who is working in their homes. No benefits or nothing the managers allow workers to run they homes they show favoritism. They allow certain workers to do what they want including the Adminstraters.
