It turns out it depends on the department as the various departments have different hours. So from Sunday to Thursday a department might be open (I'm going from memory here): from 8am-12 then 4-8pm; from 8am-2pm then 4-8pm; or from 8am to 8pm. I didn't even ask what the Friday hours were but I'm assuming they don't open until, at the earliest, 4pm.
