    I could do that. Most of the time I do 7:30 to 4 but lately I've been doing 8 to 4:30. There are some engineers I know at work that work 30-60 mins later than that. Nobody works much more than 40 hours per week unless there's a storm or emergency and that's when there's OT at 1.5x for us.
