Vault 28 is to me a wacky spin off of the World of Disney. They do have items there that are only specific to Vault 28 and can not be found elsewhere. The prices are a little steep and size selection is fairly limited. If it's unique what you are looking for, this may be the place. If you are looking for mickey ears, definitely not the place.
