Additional Services Disability In Action. Transportation Services. DIA currently has para-transit bus service for any transportation need. Hours of operation are : Monday 7:00am – 12:00pm. Tuesday 1:00pm – 6:00pm. Wednesday 7:00am – 10:00am and 3:00pm – 5:00pm. Thursday 1:00pm – 6:00pm. Cost is based on the poverty guidelines. .
