Hi @Mike1978_, we can help with your DRV's guide. Unplug the DVR and all STBs (receivers). Reboot your Gateway (modem) by either pulling the power cord out of the back or use the reset button. Let all lights come on and start flashing. Plug in DVR first. Allow it to become functional. Plug in STBs. Check Guide.
