Waking up at 6AM to hike Diamond Head was worth the views. If you are active, you can make it up to the top in less than 30 minutes. Bring water and prepare yourself for the heat and humidity. Make sure you have good shoes as some of the areas are a little steep. Website says it’s $1 entrance fee but when I arrived, it was $5.
