Feb 07, 2021 · Ready reserve these days is part time employees who work 20-25 hours per week for a max of 1,400 hours per year. They get flight benefits, a 401k which DL puts an automatic 3% into (they didn’t match when that rolled out and AFAIK that’s still the case).

Jan 22, 2021 · At the time Ready Reserve was 5 hours 5 days a week. It would be nicer if it was either full-time 8 hour days less days a week or just a full 8 hour 5 days a week. Having the extra commute days with a short shift just costs extra money.4.4/5(4.5K)

You get benefits 1st day you sign but they advise you during training wait until the last day. I advise after 30 days to get acquainted with schedule. Start off small local places close to home , then go farther later on. 3 to 11 pm or 1 pm to 11 pm or 5 pm to 1 am or what ever shift is open.
