Depends on what department you are in but most of the time you either bring work home with you or have work on the mind.

I am working in Deloitte USI for the last 2 years. This is my third company, before that, I have worked in two big MNC’s. Below is my feedback: Work Timings: There is no work timing. You should be available at 11 am also and on the same day, it will be expected from you to available at 11 pm also. They will call you at any time.

In fact, you will be put on a Performance Improvement Plan even though your actual job performance may have been excellent. Also, you must do a lot of extra internal Deloitte work in addition to your project work. Just keep in mind you will average about 50-60 hours per week when negotiating your salary.
