The Estate winery is currently open Thursday – Tuesday (closed Wednesdays); starting December 1st the Estate winery will be closed on Tuesdays as well.

The tour lasts 1.5 hours, over which you learn about the history of the winery and the other Del Dotto locations, how the wine is aged in barrels, how the barrels are made, etc. I definitely recommend booking in advance. My group of 3 booked on Monday for a Saturday tasting, and only 3 time slots were left.
