Mar 24, 2017 · According to my sleeping app I am getting plenty of sleep and score is high BUT my deep sleep stage accounts for 10% when it should be closer to 25%. I am an athlete so excising is not the issue. I sleep 8 1/2 hours per day but it's the deep sleep stage that concerns me. I listen to mediation before I go sleep every night.
