I always wonder what idiot invented the idea of putting an frosting "turd" on top of the cupcake instead of spreading it out to the edges. The whole purpose of frosting is to seal the cake so air doesn't dry it out. The cupcakes I got at G-town cupcakes in Bethesda were all dried out. There is no excuse for selling day-old-seeming bakery goods.
