Daylight saving time should mean putting the hour 2 hours forward, not 1 hour back. I would much rather go to work when it's dark and finish work when it's bright rather than going to work when its bright and finishing work when its dark. Imagine it getting dark at 7 or 8 o clock in the winter rather than 4 or 5 o clock.
