Darwin does a lot of things right. We are from Cairns and wish our council was half as good as Darwin’s. The scooters and the bikes are a huge stand out. The wave pool however was somewhat disappointing. It’s not free, that sucks but I get it, but not to have scrap of shade over the pool at all is a bit rough.
