4 reviews of Dan's Mechanical "I tried twice to get repairs done to a converted Mercedes Sprinter. First time: I show up on the appointed day, no one there, no phone answer. An hour and a half later I get a call saying, "there was traffic" and "it was too rainy". So I make a second appointment: call the day before to confirm, "oh they were completely booked".

When I spoke to customer service, they let me know that they no longer handled installations BUT Brian came out anyway and fixed it - and there was no charge. Now that's customer service! Don't look for this dealer to go the extra mile for you. Most of this dealers inventory is over 10 tears old.
