Dynamex was supposed to call me back to reschedule delivery but never did. Thankfully, IKEA was wonderful and fully refunded my delivery and picking fee ($129), so that helped a little. Then after refunding, the customer service rep personally picked my order and put it in his office so that it could be delivered the next day.1.5/5(317)
