Paid £10 to have small item delivered on a specific day, took time off work to accommodate. Received an email after delivery time passed to advise they were not going to deliver. Tried calling, automated voicemail advised it was busy and I should email instead. Terrible service. Update: Delivery arrived today but two hours after expected.

Well it may be your visa. Last week I missed it too. Thought I was a visa..reschedule the delivery and when arrived it was my bank debit card. Cant explain to you what were my feeling when I found bank card came via DX. There is a probability 90% that it may be your visa if you are not expecting any bank cards it any other secure information ...
