this is not a first time i have such issues with dx ! Absolutely worst delivery company. Since 24 of January "their says that their must DELIVERED to my address", so on a schedule days I was always at home and waiting, no one came, no one pass by our house, no one knocks, not even left any Calling CARD.

Well that was an eye opener and lesson in how NOT to run a delivery service, DX! I do now have my son’s passport but that was after numerous phone calls when the system would cut me off, a wasted day waiting in at home, a wasted trip to the depot (!), contradictory and ambiguous information from emails, automated messages, website etc.1/5(600)
