Update: Received my passport and documents in the morning. I have been told that their delivery van had broken down (Nice excuse). Seriously? They can't bother to update the service status (They were showing good service all around the UK), update delivery status or arrange an alternate van. Surely the Royal Mail is way better than this.

Oct 14, 2015 · I have had endless problems with DX, first and foremost the lack of delivery. There is a total absence of service. Phones are not answered by an employee, emails equally go unanswered. All the while, our passports, whose delivery has been paid for by us, remain in their inefficient hands.

Paid £10 to have small item delivered on a specific day, took time off work to accommodate. Received an email after delivery time passed to advise they were not going to deliver. Tried calling, automated voicemail advised it was busy and I should email instead. Terrible service. Update: Delivery arrived today but two hours after expected.

Well that was an eye opener and lesson in how NOT to run a delivery service, DX! I do now have my son’s passport but that was after numerous phone calls when the system would cut me off, a wasted day waiting in at home, a wasted trip to the depot (!), contradictory and ambiguous information from emails, automated messages, website etc.1/5(600)
