Apr 09, 2018 · They said at the embassy that the current delivery is two weeks. It's been three weeks so we tracked the package. When you go to track it you get this "We need additional information regarding your delivery, please contact DX on 0333 241 0333 (Now out on road)". And then you call and they tell you to email and then hang up.

Re: Tracking number - passport delivery with DX. Thank you all for your replies. I,ve emailed dx directly- they replied today that in fact they have parcel for me and gave me details with tracking number. The only issue is now that lady in email specified that delivery is due today between 8-18.

The DX Driver couldn’t find a proper UK Full address, so doubt their delivery attempt. The DX Driver couldn’t find a proper UK Full address which makes me doubt if there was really an attempt to deliver the parcel. The DX customer support don’t have the driver details for me to try for collection at least.
