Email received saying attempted delivery and asking to reschedule. Absolutely no attempt to deliver item as I have been inside, in the living room nearby front door all morning with 2 other people, we all did not hear or see any delivery. No card put through door and customer service via email completely useless.

Despite no delivery, I received no explanation; just a new text message at 0900 hrs the following day stating that the delivery would be between 0700 and 1200....and it arrived at after 2pm! Contacting DX was a nightmare and it seems pretty poor service when competitors can provide up to the hour tracking info and follow through their promises!1.2/5(363)

POOR SERVICE. My delivery was due this week on Tuesday 3rd September 2019 and I ordered for redelivery to my work place on 5th September on my work place. The DX FAILED to manage that. I ordered redelivery on Friday 6th of September 2019 on my home. I was waiting for them for whole day however, DX didn't show up and they FAILED to deliver again.

poor customer service. poor customer service delivery consisted of 5 doors but B&Q had advised me to accept 4 and 1 was to return (as one door would have been the wrong size. I told the drive to return 1 and deliver 4 - He then delivered all 5 to the house whilst I had left to collect my granddaughter from School. Deliberate Numpty!

Great Service. I missed my delivery on Monday 29.07.19 so arranged a re-delivery online which was simple, although the delivery time is 9am til 5pm I prepared myself for a day at home to wait for it, I was pleasantly surprised to receive it at 09.50am by a nice lady , Thank you for your service.

Very poor service. Very poor service - had to wait days for a delivery slot. My delivery time came and went with no sign of them, so when I rang to inquire as to where it was I was told that while I had booked a delivery slot, the depot had never booked my delivery on a route...3.5/5
