Courier says they have attempted delivery, this is just not true. Twice now I've stayed in, in the room where the front door is situated, and nobody has even driven up the driveway. Customer service tells me the driver wouldn't do that, as they only get paid for successful deliveries.

Well that was an eye opener and lesson in how NOT to run a delivery service, DX! I do now have my son’s passport but that was after numerous phone calls when the system would cut me off, a wasted day waiting in at home, a wasted trip to the depot (!), contradictory and ambiguous information from emails, automated messages, website etc.1/5(600)

Oct 19, 2019 · Typically after issue, the embassy passes off the passport and white envelope to DX. (Cr1s don't get the white envelope anymore). Once they package it for delivery, DX generates the email and delivery is next day. That usually means delivery no more than two days after issued.
