They don't pick up the phone when trying to contact them (multiple times) and they ship most of their items from Germany not the UK. I have ordered almost 1000 € goods, the site says that delivery is free of charge if you purchase more than 20 €. I paid MasterCard, invoice delivery costs shows delivery 0 €, then I received an email to pay 30 € for delivery, otherwise they wont send it.
