Dunelm customer service are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a bed which got delivered in 2 weeks so that was all good. On opening the packaging the zip was broken on the headboard however I managed to fix this myself, the next problem encountered was with the footboard where the bolts just kept on turning as they were not connected to anything.

Dunelm takes your money and fails to deliver. It is now two weeks past my delivery was due, they have ignored my repeated requests for a simple explanation. No furniture, no refund and worst of all, no explanation. Dreadful customer service, a complete shambles of a company.
