Oct 21, 2018 · Our users are provisioned in both with the exact same details. We want to be able to setup Dual Delivery of emails with Office 365 being the Primary Email server. I've been looking for guidance for this as all I've been able to find is examples where G Suite is the Primary Email server. I've spoken to Google Support and they've pointed me your way.

Jun 17, 2013 · On the Exchange side you'll need to create a contact like TONY Google with an SMTP address of [email protected]. Then go to the exchange properties for Tony and setup all mail to forward to that contact. At Go Live you can setup dual delivery with Google receiving mail first and then passing on to exchange.
