Years ago Domino's had the 30 minutes or less or it's free. This was abused by mostly college students, but also by others, so it was changed to $3 off, usually followed by a coupon to the name and address on the delivery. The time then was raised to 45 minutes. That guarentee may be available at certain stores, but is no longer company policy.
