Nov 10, 2010 · I have sometimes noticed that they deliver twice, once for the regular mail, and then later a seperate special delivery for big packages., but usually, they try to do it all in one trip, and in general, packages are always delivered the same time, by the same person, as letter mail. But like i said, there are sometimes exceptions.
