Sep 02, 2003 · For most smaller items, FedEx has just left them in my hallway. However, I've never ordered from Newegg, so they might give FedEx different instructions. Was it shipped Express Saver? EDIT: According to the FedEx website, Signature Home Delivery on a Ground shipment is $2/package. I really doubt that Newegg would spend that extra $$ on a free ship.

Apr 28, 2007 · Which is fine--the local facility is less than a mile away from my place. So why, this time, did they not require a signature? Is this a failure on Newegg's part for failing to request signature confirmation, or a failure on UPS' part for going against protocol and just leaving a package for all the thieves and crackheads around here?
