I'm a delivery driver for Marcos pizza and we charge a 2.50 delivery fee. The money for the delivery fee does not go to the driver, it goes to the store itself. If you do a flat 5 without a delivery fee you should still do a flat 5 with delivery fee as lousy as that is.

The company ( Any ) charge delivery for someone coming to your house and deliver something. Most of the pizza restaurants ( or any restaurants ) use this money to protect their drivers.
