The FedEx info seems quite straight forward - it was shipped (dispatched) yesterday - and *should* be at your door tomorrow - meaning FedEx will take two days to carry it from Dell to you.

Confirmed can mean anything from them still building your computer, to testing it and loading software... or in my case... there's a shortage and it can't be built just yet. Basically, your order hasn't yet been "boxed" for shipment. The only way to find out what "confirmed" means in your case is to call Dell customer support.
