The OWT according to my grandma is that the baby takes a really long nap to prepare for labor and movements slow down before delivery. She asks me every day if the baby has slowed down. I explained the first few times about kick counts, fear of the cord being wrapped etc. She still insists on asking now I just laugh it off and tell her no : )

Yes, it seems pretty normal.. I asked my doctor about it since I was worried baby wasn't move my much actively like before; she said it was normal since they get don't have much room left to move around as the time for labor & delivery can me near. My baby became less active around 36 weeks.

This usually happens right before delivery, or can be a few days prior for first born children. If your baby is still moving, it doesn't necessarily mean that you won't deliver soon.
