Aug 15, 2019 · Why keep calling it a Guarantee? Amazon used to extend my prime membership for one month when I complained about late items, but no more. There is no Guarantee, there is only a promise. If its not delivered in the time they promised, well, you can go screw yourself - that’s the Guarantee.
