Nov 24, 2006 · I usually tip the delivery guys $20 each, especially if it requires assembly and removal of multiple layers of padding, etc. I have never had a rude delivery guy who would toss my furniture around...but I think that would be the only exception to NOT tip. Otherwise, these guys are probably not making a ton of money.

Apr 07, 2020 · I always tip at least $10 per person so usually $20 total. When I had my bedroom set delivered the 2 guys couldn't get one piece up the stairs and around the corner themselves so they had to wait for the guys from another truck to come help.

If you get a package delivered by Fedex for something you bought online like shoes or whatever from amazon, most (if not all) people certainly don't tip. So, for furniture or even for a service provider (Charter, TV guy setting up or fixing a problem, etc.), do you tip? If you do, how much? obviously you can't go off of the price and do 20% (what if your furniture is $2000 etc.)
