YABU. Tesco drivers aren’t allowed to accept tips, so if they are doing so, they are breaking their own work policy and can get fired for it. You shouldn’t knowingly put them in that position.

I usually tip the people who deliver takeaway because you can just let them keep the change or whatever but with Tesco or Asda etc it would just feel weird giving them a small amount of money. I would probably if they didn't have a minimum delivery spend + delivery fee .

I tip supermarket delivery drivers, always have and I don't live in America. I don't think it should be expected but I like to do it. I gave the Waitrose men a mince pie when they made it up to our house in the snow and ice before Xmas. It was 9pm and they'd been out since 8am without a break.

I don't tip them. I used to be very 'giving' of the tipping kind, and found it never ever got me anywhere. The Tesco home delivery drivers have invariably been excellent for me, very friendly etc., so I wouldn't have an objection to tipping them if it turns out that it's the done thing..
