I was sent home with percocet and ibuprofen. With ds I was in a ton of pain, as you are. I couldn't sit upright without a donut under me for 4 wks. I had to do all my nursing laying down. I really needed the pain meds. This time, I only took one dose of the percocet after getting home and haven't needed it since. Hope you feel better soon.

They offered immediately after birth but I declined, I only took it later so I could try to get some sleep. You are not really in much pain except when trying to go to the bathroom, unless of course you had a c-section.
