Sep 15, 2010 · Out For Delivery means that it's on a truck and is on route to you. But the drivers route are usually 12 hours of delivery. They deliver from 8 am to 8 pm. They are not tardy and they make an effort to try and deliver your package as soon as possible. You need to realize that not only are the drivers making deliveries but they are also picking up.
