It was explained to us when we had to refuse a couch delivery (couldn't get it in the door). NFM even has a FAQ on their website about not tipping.

Unless the delivery site (usually any food delivery) specifically states that the delivery fee isn't used as tip, in that case I do tip. I just figure that they weren't working for tips- they do get a paid wage, and tip is just extra. And in all honesty, I usually forget anyway.
