Dec 12, 2007 · Yes they make good money, I'm in college to be a neonatal nurse.....they start out making about $35/hr...and can go as high as $45/hr or more! I am also doing it to help the babies. I'm not sure about switching out. My cousin just Became a L&D nurse.
