Dec 15, 2018 · I used to wait tables and always try to tip well. That being said, I would not tip the white glove delivery service guys. You have already paid the $400 for just that- the service. You don't need to tip again. Servers in Virginia made $2.50/hr so our entire salary was based on tips. Not these guys.
