May 17, 2013 · I have lots of mail struck in DNS Connector Delivery queue, no flow outside..organization. Pls help. So no mail flowing out?? Do you have successful mail delivery internally? from outside in? As whopper said, i would check all of those areas first. Improper DNS can also kill your mail flow. totally in agreeance; We needz more infoz!!

We have an Exchange 2010 server that all of a sudden started going into a Retry status on DNSConnectorDelivery. I can stop and restart the Transport service and it will send mail out for a few minutes and then stop again.

Oct 16, 2014 · Same issue with Exchange server 2010 and we’re using EOP as smart host instead of MX records and queues were struck on Retry mode on Hub Transport server. Resolved the problem by removing individual hosts from CAS NLB manager, restarting Exchange transport server and then re-adding hosts again.
