Thank you for that info, I want through and checked over my settings. I do have incoming mail woking Now! But, outgoing still says that 451 4.4.0 DNS query faild , this is under queue viewer in exchange.

Either a mis configured DNS, for this you need to check your DNS Setting on your Exchange box NIC Card. If this be the case, then you'll face issues with sending emails to all the domains - so this needs to be corrected to your internal DNS box.
