I gave DinoPC the benefit of the doubt and waited 150% of the estimated delivery time of 2 - 4 weeks for a total of 6 weeks. After email correspondence with regards to why my order had not progressed over the initial 4 weeks I was informed they were in the middle of an office move.

Dino PC then refused to answer any emails and still didn't seem to understand that when a phone rings continuously you are supposed to answer it. In the end I had to put a claim through PayPal, which took only a couple of days and the money was back in my bank account a couple of days after that.3/5(84)

bought 2 computers from dino pc, first one was ok second one has broken down no big deal the computer is still under warranty which is fine, but then comes the delivery charge to send it back £40 each time something goes wrong they wont let you arrange your own Currier which you could do for half the cost, just worried now, the computer is only 4 months old so if you get several problems in the first …3/5(91)
