@Jon123 (Member) DHL doesn't show it's being delivered and the status remains forwarded to delivery. Unless there is a new special treatment between DHL and Australia Post, it's not a good idea to try to send your DHL parcel to Australia Post. They are separate entities.

Jul 02, 2017 · I called them and they said they can do a delivery again. So I schedule the date with them and asked my wife to stay home to accept the delivery. In the morning of the day, we received a card from Australia Post saying failed delivery with no recipient at home. My DHL parcel had become eParcel from Australia Post. I called DHL and complained.

Anyway German Post DHL is the origin of this delivery. So Australia Post is to send claim to DHL ,and my part is to contact the sender and the Deutsche Post DHL..but there is no way of how to contactr them.
