DHL claim they can’t explain how it was delivered there but won’t take any responsibility for the loss of the parcel or the cost. Had another shipment sent to a customer, all our parcels are on a next day service but 10 days later the parcels haven’t been delivered.

DHL is very good at coming up with team building activities and likes to do fun things for employees, when possible.
