Jun 05, 2009 · Just to be clear, Walsh Western didn't deliver my laptop, it was delivered by a Business Post van, but obviously Walsh Western are the ones who handle the packages for Dell. I am pretty sure though that the normal delivery times, are those which leo7 has posted up.

So this is how to derive the UKmail tracking number 39999+ your dell order no.(ex : dell order - 024443444 )UKmail needs a 14 digit number. Note the zero in the dell order. I think this was a Wednesday and the delivery dates were for Friday or Monday. Walsh Western organised the delivery dates and it was parcel force/fedex I think that delivered mine, can't remember. Edit: Checked through my e-mails. My estimated delivery date was on or before 20th March.

May 22, 2010 · Nope apparently call lock out means they ring you to confirm delivery date. I live in chester - 2 hours away from Hinckley (car journey). The weird thing is "21/05/10 10:32 24/05/10 AM DEL. SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE." So far no communication from dell/walsh western to me.

Absolutely Useless Company. Ordered a new laptop through Dell. Delivery was via Syncreon. Syncreon claimed to have had THREE refusals for the delivery despite the delivery being made to my work address and the reception being manned 24 hours a day by reception staff who know me and never refused the deliveries.
