Please stop using Pilot Shipping and increase your service levels. I recently ordered a LG C8 77 from Dell and was excited for it to arrive yesterday. It was shipped from Las Vegas to Texas using Pilot freight. This is where the issues begin. I was originally told I would receive a phone call to schedule a delivery from Pilot freight.
