Oct 22, 2011 · Has anyone used the dell outlet return policy? They say that they'll charge a 15% restocking fee unless the system is defective. I can probably claim that its defective if that's what it takes, but I'd rather just return it. Has anyone returned something to the dell outlet and can tell me how it works?
