Well Dell should have a caviat at the ordering stage and not tell people it will be 2 or 3 days when it will be 15. At no point are you given the choice to accept a longer delivery. ie We tell you 2-3 days, so order now and then after ordering you say well actually it's 15 days - it fails to deliver on a promise.

I ordered a Dell laptop from the outlet on January 28. The initial delivery date was 2 weeks which already was so long but on I got an email on February 11 regarding a delay of 2 weeks in the delivery. So, the new delivery date was February 28. Today, I've got another email telling me that the new delivery date is on March 13.

Dec 17, 2017 · During the order the delivery date changed every step of the process. The dell website said my laptop was shipped on Dec 2nd, the customer service told me dell shipped it on Dec 5th. Originally I would have received the laptop yesterday, but than again customer service told me it would take approximately 10-12 extra working days.
